Should I offer everything guests might want?

The answer

Prioritize the needs of your intended guests and the features you can maintain well. Each extra amenity creates a purchase cost, cleaning task, replacement obligation, and sometimes a safety or insurance issue.

A reliable basic experience can be better than an ambitious setup with broken equipment. Match improvements to actual guest needs and evidence from inquiries, rather than an endless list of possible features.

This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
