A launch timeline should be built from dependencies: permissions, financing, repairs, utilities, furnishing, photography, and operating tests. Some tasks can happen together; others cannot. Photography before repairs are complete may require a second shoot.
Opening a calendar before reliable cleaning is arranged creates avoidable risk. Use milestones and contingency time rather than promising a fixed number of days for every property.
