Walk through the property as a guest from arrival to checkout. Test entry, internet, hot water, lighting, appliances, sleeping arrangements, and the clarity of instructions. Then run a practice turnover and verify that missing items are replenished.
Check that emergency contacts and maintenance escalation are usable. A successful test means another person can follow the process without needing you to explain every step.
