Sensitivity analysis changes selected assumptions to show how the result responds. For a rental, useful inputs include nightly rate, booked nights, repair costs, management fees, and financing payments. Change one input at a time to understand its effect, then test combined downside cases.
This reveals where the plan is fragile. It does not assign probabilities unless you have evidence supporting them.
