No. Gross booking value may include accommodation charges, cleaning, taxes, or other amounts depending on the system's definition. Profit requires accounting for relevant expenses, and cash retained also depends on payments, financing, and capital spending.
Two dashboards can display different gross figures for the same reservations. Reconcile the definitions before comparing performance or using a seller's report to support a purchase.
