How close should a property be to attractions?

The answer
Judge distance by the guest's actual trip, not a straight line on a map. Walking routes, parking, public transport, traffic, hills, and accessibility affect convenience. A property advertised as near an attraction should describe the journey accurately.
Proximity also has tradeoffs such as noise or higher purchase costs. Evaluate whether guests value that location enough to justify its total cost.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
