What should a rental listing title communicate?

The answer

A title should help the intended guest recognize the property's relevant features quickly. Use specific, accurate details rather than exaggerated adjectives. Location, capacity, or a distinctive working amenity can be useful if clearly supported by the listing.

Avoid promises that require context you cannot fit into the title. The title attracts attention, but the description must explain the experience honestly.

This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
