How do I describe sleeping arrangements?

The answer
State the number and type of beds, their locations, and whether spaces are private, shared, or part of a common area. Distinguish bedrooms from other sleeping areas. Guests may care about separation and bathroom access as much as total capacity.
Avoid counting a sofa or temporary bed ambiguously. Keep photographs, capacity settings, and written descriptions consistent after any layout change.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
