Should I copy another property's description?

The answer

Use other listings to understand questions guests may ask, but write original text about your actual property. Copying can introduce false amenities, inaccurate access information, or claims you cannot support.

It also makes the listing less useful by ignoring the details that distinguish your home. A verified property specification is a better starting point than another host's promotional paragraph.

This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
