How do I audit a listing before publishing?

The answer
Check every claim against the property and current operating arrangement. Verify capacity, beds, amenities, access, fees, rules, photographs, and availability. Read it as a guest who has never visited.
Ask another person to identify ambiguity and compare it with the house guide. Publishing is ready when the information is consistent and the promises can be delivered, not simply when the prose sounds polished.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
