How do I estimate accommodation revenue?

The answer
Multiply expected booked nights by the average accommodation rate actually earned, using consistent definitions. Build the estimate month by month when demand is seasonal. Cleaning charges, taxes, platform fees, and refunds should be handled explicitly rather than mixed into an unclear gross number.
The result is an estimate, not a commitment from future guests. Keep the availability and pricing assumptions visible.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
