What should I measure during the first month?

The answer
Measure whether operations work before focusing only on growth. Track booked nights, realized nightly revenue, turnover costs, maintenance issues, response time, and guest misunderstandings.
Record how much of the revenue is already earned rather than counting future bookings as completed performance. Early results can be distorted by discounts and a small sample, so use them to improve processes rather than forecast an entire year.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
