Confirm agreed repairs, included inventory, working systems, entry arrangements, and the absence of new damage. Test items rather than assuming they work because they are present.
Use the purchase documents to guide the review and record unresolved discrepancies through the appropriate transaction process. A walkthrough also helps plan the operational handover, but it does not replace a professional inspection.
