Include completed stays, realized revenue, payouts, relevant expenses, maintenance, guest issues, and upcoming operational concerns. State definitions and distinguish earned revenue from future bookings. Reconcile charges with supporting records.
The report should identify decisions needed from the owner rather than simply display a positive headline number. Consistency allows useful comparisons over time.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
