The answer

Turnkey describes a promised level of readiness, not a guarantee of permission, performance, or low effort. Verify the property condition, included inventory, operating contracts, and financial records. Check whether the setup fits your guests and whether existing arrangements can continue.

A fully furnished home can still need substantial operational work. Treat readiness as a checklist of verified items rather than a label.

This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
