Include material rules through the platform's current process and make them clear before booking. Focus on rules relevant to lawful use, property care, neighbors, and the advertised experience. Avoid surprising guests with substantial new conditions after reservation.
Long punitive lists can obscure important information. Check that rules are enforceable and consistent with applicable law, agreements, and platform policies.
