An operating property may offer useful records and an established setup, but verify what transfers with the sale. Listings, accounts, permits, contracts, bookings, furnishings, and reviews may follow different rules. Review actual financial evidence and maintenance history.
Buying an existing operation does not automatically preserve its revenue or permission. The purchase agreement should state what is included and how reservations and liabilities are handled.
