How should I react to an empty calendar?

The answer

Check how far ahead your likely guests usually book, whether the listing is available and accurate, and how total guest price compares with close substitutes. Review restrictions and operating readiness before changing rates. Empty dates can reflect seasonality, information gaps, or price mismatch.

Avoid reducing prices automatically without identifying the problem. Measure the result of one deliberate change at a time.
