How should I evaluate a manager's case study?

The answer
Ask what property, period, revenue definition, costs, and operating conditions the example describes. Check whether evidence is available and whether the property resembles yours. A strong result in one situation does not predict your outcome.
Testimonials and marketing summaries may omit limitations. Use case studies to identify questions and capabilities, then evaluate your property with its own assumptions.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
