Update when images no longer represent the guest experience, especially after changes to layout, furnishings, facilities, access, or condition. Minor decorative changes may not require a full shoot, but materially misleading images should be corrected promptly.
Review the set periodically and remove obsolete amenities. Track which channels use each image so an update does not leave conflicting versions online.
