How do I organize linen inventory?

The answer
Label stock by property and size, define storage locations, and distinguish clean, in-process, damaged, and retired items. Record quantities and replenishment needs. Mixed or incomplete sets create delays even when total stock looks sufficient.
Include laundry capacity and backup arrangements in the system. A simple inventory used consistently is more useful than an elaborate spreadsheet that nobody updates.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
