How do I evaluate the cost of a policy?

Published October 1, 2026 · 1 minute read

The answer

Compare coverage scope, exclusions, limits, deductibles, claim requirements, and total premium for the same operating facts. A cheaper policy can leave important gaps, while a more expensive one is not automatically appropriate.

Ask which provisions support your actual rental use and what changes would require notification. Keep the comparison written so you can explain why the chosen arrangement fits the operation.
