How do I evaluate a turnover price?

The answer
Compare the complete scope, laundry, supplies, inspection, reporting, travel, and availability requirements. A lower price may omit tasks you still need to arrange. Clarify charges for unusual conditions and how they are approved.
Measure total cost against the property's booking pattern. Cleaning economics should be visible in the model rather than treated as automatically offset by the guest's cleaning charge.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
