How do I compare competing prices fairly?

The answer
Compare the same dates, guest count, stay length, cancellation terms, amenities, and total charges where available. A displayed nightly price alone may omit important differences. Note whether a property is genuinely comparable and whether the price is available for booking.
Competitor rates help frame choices but do not establish their occupancy or profit. Keep definitions consistent over time.
This answer is general education. Apply it to the property's actual location, agreements, and circumstances. Where a decision requires professional advice, use a qualified adviser.
