Does an LLC make hosting legal?

The answer
An entity is a business structure, not a substitute for lawful property use. Hosting permissions, taxes, agreements, and coverage still need to be evaluated for the actual arrangement. Entity formation also does not resolve every responsibility or liability question.
Discuss structure with appropriate legal and tax advisers, and keep the local-use checklist separate. Avoid treating one completed registration as permission for everything else.
